February Week 1: INTEGRITY
"Integrity is doing the right thing, even if nobody is watching." – Anonymous
At Gracie Humaitá Jiu-Jitsu Mississauga, we remind our students that being a great martial artist isn’t just about skill—it’s about integrity. True integrity means holding yourself accountable, being honest, and doing what is right in all situations.
On the mats, this means training with discipline, treating teammates with respect, and putting in your best effort even when you’re tired. Off the mats, it means standing by your values, keeping your word, and always striving to be the best version of yourself.
Ask yourself:
Integrity defines who we are—not just as martial artists, but as people. Let’s make it a part of everything we do.
